This was a celebration for my nephew's birthday. Eric was wonderful. Very pleasant, patient, attentive although he had multiple tables as well as working the door. He gave special attention to my nephew, which made us all very happy because my nephew lost his father a week earlier and we wanted this day to be extra special. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Eric.

I had the steak special with shrimp. Under $20. Well worth it. The bartender, James, was great. The staff help me out getting his seat and and getting back to where my ride was. I'm handicapped. Strong recommendation.

The food was good and prepared correctly once recurved. The waitress at the to go station had an issue with remembering components for my order, as well as the customer before me. The manger was very helpful in fixing mistakes in orders, and he was genuinely empathetic. The waitress needs to familiarize herself more with menu items, and identify a successful tactic on ensuring orders have everything needed, maybe keep a copy of the receipt when going to the kitchen.

My boyfriend and I had dinner here tonight and our waitress was literally everything. The hostess was also super friendly and attentive. Our food got out quickly and everything was good (kudos to the kitchen). We have honestly had HORRIBLE luck at many other restaurants. The service is usually horrible at just about every restaurant we go to. We were pleasantly surprised with our waitress tonight. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves recognition! Anyways. She was awesome! Very sweet and complimented my lipstick (along with the hostess and another server). Just a simple compliment can change your experience entirely. Thank you ladies for giving us GREAT service! -The girl with the green lipstick :)

Nasty! As usual with franchise restaurants, some can be good, while others are bad. And, with employee turnover, that can change. It's time for this location to dump a cook or two. Anyone unable to tell the difference between cooked and uncooked food should not be handling food, much less cooking it. I'm not of the generation known for taking pictures of things I eat, but this visit to Chili's needed one, because how many people will read a review and think, "Their food couldn't have been served raw. No way! Bacon?! It's one of the easiest things to tell if it's raw!" But no, the picture doesn't lie. Raw bacon on my burger. My friend and I saw the Boss burger on the menu and thought, "Cool! Enough to eat part of today, part tomorrow, and even share some with the dog." Eh, no. The menu says it has smoked brisket and rib meat. There was no rib meat in sight. I guess that's a good thing based on what the brisket was like. Smoked? Maybe the person who cooked it was smoked. It was pressure cooked. Some places do that, then smoke or grill it. It saves time, and the meat retains more moisture. Thing is, when you pressure cook meat, it turns an unpleasant colour. If it was marinated or seasoned, it still tastes good. The bits on my burger were not. They used a little salt and that was it. Service was nearly non-existent. I showed our server the bacon. His response was a "Sorry" as he took off again. My friend and I both needed drink refills, and we had to ask another server for them Thanks for reading all this. Please congratulate me for writing so much without using a single expletive. Our visit to this Chili's can not otherwise be described without any.
